mod_security is back in the Debian Official Archive.
Sid users can don't need to use this repository.

Lenny users can now use backports.org instead of this place, I'll upload newer
versions there (since they have autobuilders for all archs)
Look for libapache-mod-security (not libapache2-mod-security)
